Summary: One of the best purchases ever. my son plays call of duty on this projector alot with all of the lights on and it still looks pretty good. My only gripe was the limited placement. It really only works well sitting in front of the projector about 6 feet from the screenfor a 120 inch screen. But the portability is great i have moved it outside and played movies on the side of the house many of times.
Summary: This is a great projector for GAMING and Gaming only at 720P you will not get the resolution that you would like to have while watching a HD movie. All of the countrols are easily manipulated and easy to locate although the major problem is with the remote. The remote is BRIGHT and by bright I mean sear your eyeballs out bright in a low lit room! the back lit buttons on the remote light up like a blue becon when depressed and destroys the mood of the room.
Summary: I wanted a HD short-throw, 3D projector for watching movies and playing games (specifically Kinect games). I also did not want to pay much. My options were limited! :) There are a handful of HD projectors under $1,000. Most seemed to have only 720p (or 1280x800) native resolution. The GT750E was the only one I found will run 3D bluray without additional converter hardware. I haven't gotten 3D glasses yet but the reviews seem promising. I have it mounted on the ceiling.
Summary: I can view 3D videos on DVD that I create with my FUJI W3 3D camera and 3D videos in SBS format that I download from the web. Handles 3D videos in SBS and over/under from my comcast cable box as well. Although it displays at 720p for most 3D videos it is more than adequate for 120" diagonal viewing. Plus it can do all of this without having to buy an additional converter box. I paid $579 for a new unit and that was a fantastic deal.
Summary: I've had this projector for about a month now and it's been great. Pros: -Super easy to set up literally pug it in, poin it at a wall, and turn it on. -Epically big projection size! I knew this was a short throw projector but I didn't realize how short. Believe me, if your considering getting one just remember that unless your dedicating an entire wall to this thing, it's gonna be pretty close. -Internal speaker is decent.
Summary: good price, great quality, easy to configure. perfect for first time projector customers. just make sure to place in near the screen or wall, because this is a short distance type. put the projector screen first before you determine how far the projector would be, especially if you are planning to mount it on the ceiling
Summary: I can't say much more about this projector than what was already said. I will just give you my perspective after testing it in both 2D and 3D, both movies & games. I wanted a larger-than-life gaming experience, and to enjoy movie night 10X more. I pretty much nailed it by getting this projector. I needed to cram it in a small area, and the short-throw is a perfect fit. At 5' throw distance, I have nearly 100' of screen.
Summary: This projector is serious lacking some adjustment setting to make instalation easy. It has no lense shift or lense zoom. meaning you have to have it in the perfect spot with respect to the screen. No tolerances at all. They shouldnt make prejectors with out these features. Other than the lengthy and anoying set up time the projector is great for the price, and is really the only thing in this price point with the 3d features. I have yet to set up the rs 232 control.
Summary: I purchased this projector because I was in the market for something that would look great on the massive blank wall in my room without breaking the bank, and I was looking to replace the Optoma HD 20 that I had purchased in refurbished condition that stopped working. So far everything is going extremely well. * Setup: I'm projecting straight onto an off-white wall in a room with fluorescent lighting and large windows that receive a lot of daylight.
Summary: Excellent projector; I like the short throw. This projector works very well with the PS3 in 3D and 2D. It doesn't need any extra piece of equipment such as the 3D-XL. But, I have run into some compatibility issues between this projector and my personal computer running 3D applications. My PC has an Nvidia graphics card (GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2048 MB); it supports 3D applications. At first, I wasn't able to run any 3D application on the projector from my PC.
