I loved this projector so much

James, Amazon
8 January 2015
  • Summary: I loved this projector so much. It recently died because we have bugs and my complex sprayed and I guess between the spray and the bugs it was too much for this little guy. While the contrast on the gt760 is better it lacks a second hdmi port and component audio so I can no longer have my computer, wii, 360, and ps3 plugged in at once.

Good travel and presentation unit

Pete, Amazon
18 December 2014
  • Summary: Got this to use in the living room, but ended up using it as a meetings' rental unit. Semi- short throw helps reduce projection distance and uses less of the meeting space, I also purchased a Duratool MJ-138-18" Weatherproof Tool Box - 16.8" x 11.4" x 6.1" ID to travel with it. Both have worked out spectacularly. I will but the newer model in 2015.

Maybe

bfury5, Ebay

  • Summary: Focus slider was broken, I was able to fix that. Projector has spots on the LAMP, not the lens, so they're impossible to clean without taking the projector apart. It worked great for a week and now it keeps power cycling on and off repeatedly.

User Review

AL, Projector Central
26 June 2014
  • Summary: Personal Experience This is the latest in a long line of projectors I have owned: infocus LP400, Dell 3200, Nec LT170, Sanyo PLV-Z3. This has the best image so far. Though not full 1080P HD (1280 x 800 res) it is still amazingly clear and bright. I was afraid it would not deliver decent enough black and grey shades but I must say, for the price, it has the best image including contrast of any projector I have ever owned.

Amazing

  • Summary: One of the best purchases ever. my son plays call of duty on this projector alot with all of the lights on and it still looks pretty good. My only gripe was the limited placement. It really only works well sitting in front of the projector about 6 feet from the screenfor a 120 inch screen. But the portability is great i have moved it outside and played movies on the side of the house many of times.

AMAZING PROJECTOR

Hutch, Amazon
21 December 2013
  • Summary: This is my Third projector and I am in Love with this thing... Perfect for PC TV Gaming .... The only issue with this is the installation on a ceiling mount is a bit tricky to get the screen size right... When used with a Proper screen this thing shines... Plus Im still using the same bulb after two years of Heavy Use....

Good projector but not with the latest features

Filip S., Amazon
3 December 2013
  • Summary: Its 720p, and it doesn't really have zoom or shifting capability. Also, the resolution is not exactly 16x9, so light does go on the outside of the screen (although I can only see it when the projector powers up and when it switches resolutions - can't see it in normal viewing). If it wasn't for the two issues above, I'd give it 5 stars. The short throw is fantastic. I'm doing about 120" about 6 feet away.

  • Summary: Works Great! I have been enjoying it. I built a 6'X8' screen for it and watch football games and 3D movies. Just wish I had a remote.

An Awesome Projector for 3D gaming and 3D blue ray movies!

vlad5.0, Ebay
6 November 2013
  • Summary: This Projector is perfect for what it was build for - for 3D gaming. It took me probably 5 minutes to set it up and start watching blue ray 3D movies and play 3D games (most modern games support 3D).I simply left it on the floor, hooked up all the cables, put on the glasses, turned on 3D in the menu and adjusted the veiwing angle.
