Summary: I was looking for a projector for our basement and for outdoor summer movies, but didn't want the hassle of having to set up a projector AND DVD player/laptop AND receiver AND speakers... If, like me, ease of set up is your top priority, then you could do far worse than purchase the DV11.
Summary: Personal Experience This is my first projector bought a year ago and I think it's brilliant. It has an intergrated DVD player with speakers and comes with a non-illuminated remote control and a quality fabric carry case.
Summary: Personal Experience Very good projector for the price. I use to own a $5k DLP projector and the picture quality was only marginally better. The manufactures should consider adding a second HD source and an optical audio output.
Summary: Personal Experience This is my first home projector and I have been using it for 2 years (actually its older brother the DV10 which is essentially the same machine). It is a 480p native resolution, but it handles 1080i and 720p like a champ!
Summary: This has turned out to be our best family purchase in 2007. At first, I was wary of spending this much money for something that we'd only use periodically. In fact, we have used this more than I thought we would. The quick set-up card put us in business right away.

Summary: I bought the DV11 three months ago after a good deal of research on home theater systems. It exceeded even my best hopes. I unpacked it and plugged it into the wall. Then I looked agape at the 12' wide perfect image (opening sequence of 'Serenity') thrown on my living room wall.
