Summary: My list of dislikes about this projector is very short, and admittedly, superficial. For one, its boxy form factor is not likely to win any design awards. When I was shopping for projectors, I found the assortment of ovoid-shaped, smooth-edged competing projectors highly alluring.
Summary: I bought this last August. Sure enough in September (after the one-year warranty was up), I started having one or two white dead pixels...this rapidly turned into constellations and now a milky way of dead white pixels obstructs the viewing image.
Summary: Bought my projector last year in October, starting just over a month ago dead white pixels began appearing in the corner of the screen and spreading quickly. Now a corner of the screen is covered with scattered white and blinking dots. Other then that its worked pretty well for the past year.
Summary: First things first: I know nothing about projectors. My level of technical savvy is functional at best. I don't what know what lumens are, I have a less-than-basic understanding of resolution, and scan/refresh rates mean nothing to me.
Summary: Maybe it's because I got a refurbished one, but this thing has rainbow effect bad. If I move my eyes to track an object or if there's high contrast in the projected image, I see flashes of color that should not be there.
Summary: I bought this knowing quite a bit about electronics and wanted to get something fun for the kids to have in the back yard for the summer. I was suprisingly amazed at the picture quality and ease of use.
Summary: I bought this projector about a month ago and it's a good deal for the money. Nice bright picture. This was a new installation so I was able to mount it wherever I needed to so the picture size would match up to the screen.
