Gives a nice big picture, if you can get far enough away
12 June 2014
Summary: Getting a nice big picture is very easy with this. What I find best is to move any training I am doing away from meeting rooms and do it in a nice long corridor. That way you can get the projector far enough away from the screen to give a good sized picture. Failing that, if you are in a city centre then asking a neighbouring building across the street could be of some help as it would be just about far enough away to put the projector over there and point it out through...
Summary: Bought for small group (up to 30) for Power Point presentations/talks yet was brilliant for 90+ audience - picture as big as you could want - fitted a large screen happily. VERY easy to set up and use with my laptop and I'm a technophobe. Very good value, no hesitation in recommending. Haven't used for films with sound, would probably need speakers adding. Arrived safely packaged, no damage, carefully handled all the way.
Summary: Not as good a s older models , came with a eurpoean plug and not an English one . I also was notified that it was subject to a parts recall , I thought that would be easy but to get the part I have to send of a picture, proof of purcahse etc to get it the part, I must have bought it otherwise I wouldnt have got the email or be able to write this comment . Not impressed..
Summary: Have one of these myself for watching DVDs at home, which has done a good job for a couple of years, so I have since bought two more on behalf of a voluntary organisation I am involved with. Good projector and very simple to use.
Summary: Despite lots of possible settings, adjustments, remote functions etc etc this is actually a connect and play device and you are set up in minutes. It remembers the last device connected to it so will be ready to go each time. Has a great "short drop" so can be used in small rooms and is not particularly noisy. Its lovely when things are simple!
Summary: Friday nights are now movie nights in our house.Hooked this projector up to my Xbox (you will need a suitable cable) and we now enjoy fantastic big screen entertainment via Lovefilm and Netflix. Works well with HD streaming and produces a wonderfully clear bright picture on a neural coloured wall! Can't recommend highly enough. At the price I paid (£189) its a steal!
Summary: The term 'plug and play' applies here. Up and running inside 5 minutes. Works well in wide range of office lighting conditions. It fits into my laptop bag and as its light enough to make little difference to getting around. I bought it to do simple powerpoint presentations and software demonstrations and it fits the bill well.
Summary: Recently received the projector. Worked straight out of the box on my Mac laptop. Did not have to worry about sequence of connection as I did with previous projector. The only thing I realised was that it comes with no storage case so had to go a-hunting.
Summary: Really excellent projector. Bought it for my Guides and connected it up to the wii so they could play just dance and it was great. Clear picture even blown right up on the wall. Would recommend to anyone.
Summary: bought this and was quite easy for my husband to set up. Did not have to adjust colours as was perfect. For price I think it is great and colours to my eye look bright and clear. Did have two power plugs one European and uk so no problems there. Can not wait to have a film night now . As for saying no feet there are some which you have to twist up at front. The fan is also quiet . So far so good .
