  • Summary: Personal Experience Outstanding multi-purpose projector. I use it for both business presentations and movies. Nice sharp picture and bright too. I'm surprised at the contrast rating b/c I get really dark images as well. It is very quiet too. The form factor is nice as well. It is rugged and easily transportable at the same time. I am sensitive to rainbow effects (DLP machines) so this was the best alternative for me. You can't go wrong with this model.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I bought this projector in Oct 2005 and all I can say is WOW! Picture quality is outstanding. The auto keystone is a big plus. Very quiet projector. The economy mode with 1900 lumens is brighter than most other projectors offer at full brightness. I did not notice any screen door effect with my 10' screen. Maybe if I look hard enough for it, I might find it. That's only because I've been reading a lot about LCDs and DLP projectors.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I got this projector as a replacement to the LT245 because, much to my dismay, I found out I am one of those people that can see the "rainbows" on DLPs. So most of my review is comparing the two projectors. I also use an older version of this model at work (NEC 660) and have viewing experience with the BenQ 6100 and the Sony VPL DS100.
