Best buy for a 800x600

Brock F., Newegg
30 August 2012
  • Summary: Only wish I would have bought two of them when they were on sale.
  • Pros: Got this for a hell of a deal a bit ago, $270 shipped! Good bright light quality and nice image quality. Been using it for projection mapping and watching movies. Can scale up from native resolution well without looking like doo-doo; for instance I use it to mirror my Macbook Pro 15" at 1440x900....
  • Cons: No DVI, HDMI, or component video. Replacement lamp is half the cost of the projector.

  • Summary: I have owned this projector for about eight months now, and use it almost daily. It's fast and easy to set up. Focus, zoom, and keystone controls are especially easy, and it even has a rear levelng foot in case the surface it's sitting on isn't quite level.
  • Pros: Easy to set up Lightweight Nice and bright Intuitive controls
  • Cons: Bulky Limited zoom No HDMI port

A whole lot of value

Daniel L., Newegg
8 June 2012
  • Summary: For its money its simply great. Know what you're buying and know how you need to use it. It has cons but to me they didnt matter as they where no factors. If you've got a lot of analog devices (RED YELLOW WHITE Composite) this isnt great. Know how to hook up your devices and how they can out.
  • Pros: I bought this to finally take a go at projectors. I've sold tvs for years and been into video formats since forever LD Blu ray hd dvd dvd beta etc.. So i'd use a projector once before and it was lovely the issue was its cost was a ton. This was finally a chance to take a stab at something at a re...
  • Cons: No component port. This can become a issue with certain devices that you'd normally use in HD via component. Not enough ports. Since there is no component and only 1 port you're gonna be either switching cord a lot for you HD devices. If you're hooking a blu ray player and want a Xbox 360 hooked ...

Excellent for the price

fobman, Amazon

  • Summary: Bought this projector for picture slide shows, and found out that it does a great job with videos also. Color, brightness and sound are all better than the $399.00 price would warrant. This seems to be one of the cheapest projectors with an HDMI connection.

I just love this projector

Shelly Quatrine, Amazon
27 January 2012
  • Summary: I use this for work and it's really bright and works great. The only thing that could make it better is another adjustable foot in the back. The 3 point balance system sometimes doesn't work to even out the picture on uneven surfaces.
