Summary: I bought this projector to do presentations after my very old but reliable NEC MT1000 died. While having some kids over for my son's birthday, I decided to put up a portable screen and hook a DVD player to the projector in my family room. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the picture!
Summary: I use this for work and it's really bright and works great. The only thing that could make it better is another adjustable foot in the back. The 3 point balance system sometimes doesn't work to even out the picture on uneven surfaces.

Summary: Wonderful projector. Many features, well built, portable, and easy to use. Many features for the money. Price paid was excellent The projector was highly rated by CNET and other impartial reviewers.
Summary: Before I retired our business used a close cousin of this projector for a special project we packaged. We had great luck with the cousin of this projector, so I decided to purchase this newer model when I needed one for a project I was working on at home.
Summary: Only wish I would have bought two of them when they were on sale.
Pros: Got this for a hell of a deal a bit ago, $270 shipped! Good bright light quality and nice image quality. Been using it for projection mapping and watching movies. Can scale up from native resolution well without looking like doo-doo; for instance I use it to mirror my Macbook Pro 15" at 1440x900....
Cons: No DVI, HDMI, or component video. Replacement lamp is half the cost of the projector.
