Summary: Personal Experience Meny of them are installed in our campus, replaing Sharp, Infocus and Proxima projectors. And they are great. Small, reliable, excelent picture and better then any projector we had, so far. Problems Nada.
Summary: Personal Experience I've had the LT245 for almost a year now and I haven't had any problems with this projector. It starts up fast, it's quiet, and the image quality is fantastic. HDTV looks amazing- shows like "Rome" and "Lost" look as good as film on the wall. (You may need to purchase a component to vga adapter to use HD since the projector doesn't have a regular component in connection.
Summary: Personal Experience Nice projector but it is NOT wireless!!! Problems Most sites state that this prjector is wireless READY when in fact it is wireless COMPATIBLE...To use it wireless via WiFi you must purchase a $100 add-on pcmcia card...and it is PROPRIETARY. In my opinion it is false advertising to state it is ready when you have to purchase more items to make it work.
Summary: Personal Experience I bought this projector after doing lots of research (and after finding reasons NOT to buy a much cheaper Optoma projector). After over 1000 hours of use, I think I'm qualified to say I was right to buy it, despite the price tag. The quality is great and playing an HD movie trailer on it just blew me away. Unlike many people, I use this projector as a monitor replacement.
Summary: Personal Experience Awesome projector, recently used it in conjunction with another more expensive projector & this one blew that one away. Great value for the $$$. Lots of options & features. Especially liked the picture viewer which we used for weeks in lieu of a computer to project the slides.
Summary: Personal Experience I've had the projector for a little more than five months now, and let me say I absolutely love it. Whether you are using it for movies or video gaming, this is one impressive projector for the price. I use it for video games, HDTV and Movies. Love it!!! Problems getting the picture on the screen correctly is a bit of a challenge because of the 20% downward angle on the throw.
Summary: Personal Experience I researched for quite awhile to find a projector that didn't need a lot of throw distance to produce a large image, and this was the projector I settled on. Wow! Good decision. Although I haven't got it completely tweaked to perfect focus, the picture quality is still incredible, and would probably be better if I wasn't using RCA inputs.
