Summary: I was vey disappointed with this projector. There has been a problem with the resolution; at native resolution, 30-40pixels on either side are not visible. I contacted the seller but they did not take it back.
Summary: This is really great quality. I bought one to set up in our home theater room and it's really great quality for a more affordable price. http://www.mitsubishi-presentations.com/showroom/?type=projectors
Summary: I think this projector is a very good one. I do see an occasional rainbow when I first got it but it didn't really bother me. Now that I've had it for weeks, I don't even see them anymore. Maybe I saw them back then because I was looking for them.
Summary: Personal Experience This has worked great connected to an xbox 360 for gaming. We logged about 5000 hrs over the last 3 years on it. We are planning on at least one more bulb change before upgrading. Problems none.
Summary: Everything that I wanted in a projector. This item is being used in the man cave on satellite TV and DVD. This review written after one week of ownership. Easy to set up and use. Product was brought used and was well worth the cost as compared to a new one.
Summary: I bought this projector a couple of years ago and we use it for our Home Theatre, and we couldn't be happier. The picture in HD is great, it doesn't need to be completely dark, but it always helps.
Summary: I bought the HC1600 for my basement media room about 6 months ago and its now become our favorite room in the house. Our family looks forward to Friday night movies and sports in HD. The price (650) was unbeatable and I'm only projecting on a new wall which is painted with flat ceiling white paint!
Summary: This is a great projector for the money. I looked at many other projectors, but this had the best at its price break. I think that it is a little large, but again, it's all about the cost vs those things.
