Summary: i bought it to make my presentation-kit light-weight just connected it to my phone and displayed the presentation no cables to carry no heavy projectors and computers etc.... just my phone, 1 cable, and this picoprojector AND it's always in focus! BUT you need TOTAL BLACK DARKNESS for this to work.
Summary: I used this a few times to show outdoor movies after I purchased it at the end of October 2011. During the holidays I put it up for a couple of months due to cold weather and a busy schedule. I got it out last month to see that I was getting a red flashing light when I turned it on. I bought an additional battery thinking that the old one had just died due to "sitting" for awhile. That didn't work either.
