Summary: I have tried several other projectors and always find myself coming back to this one. I don't know what the other people have for cable, but my cable provider has a set top box and I plug it right into this. It looks fantastic. They must have high expectations, but the TV looks just as good as it does on the 42 inch HDTV as it does on this projector. DVDs look like Blu Ray and Blu Ray looks like real life. Gaming on the Xbox 360 is also very clear.
Summary: Personal Experience Have had this projector for 4 years, bought used (like new) on eBay for $510.00. Also had to buy remote for $35. Lamp just blew after 580 hours of usage. Don't know if lamp time had been reset prior to shipping, but it was getting dim and whites were getting saturated. Replacement lamp arrived today from projectorlapexperts.ca. Installed and running fine, picture back to looking great. Run it off my PC (for TV, games, DVDs and BDs), ps2 and Wii.
Summary: Thank you for an excellent product! I purchased this projector for our church to use for movie night, and it is a big hit!!! You represented the product exactly as I received it and all I can say is THANK YOU for having a high standard of honesty and integrity! If I need anything else, I will check your products first! THANK YOU... THANK YOU... Thank you!!!!
Summary: Personal Experience I have to set up quick, get it going quick and be packed up quick, and this is for me as a public speaker the best I have used for the money. I have purchased a second one as back-up but not needed it. Every time I connect my laptop to it, and the optional usb lead, the remote is found (xp and vista)and immediatly useable. The cool down time is also short (1.5 mins) Fantastic value for money!
Summary: Personal Experience I purchased the unit on ebay for $265 CDN (had 500+hrs used on the bulb), and a new 84" eletric high-definition screen for $190 (again ebay). I ordered the HD component to VGA adapter, and with the ceiling mount for the projector which came with the unit,I mounted it (10' high ceiling) 12' away from the screen...picture is WOW!! 480pi with progressive Scan activated on my Panasonic DVD-VHS player.

Summary: I purchased a used unit off ebay for 350.00 with less than 460 hours on the bulb. The unit is very easy to setup up. Movies are best viewed in dark room. These projectors were not intended to replace your regular TV set! Feeding a signal from an HD DVD player using an HD DVD results in an absolute beautiful viewing experience. Remember most HD DVD player will also upvert the quality of tradional DVD's so they will look better than normal as well.
