A must have for today's presentations

kiscreations, Ebay

  • Summary: AWESOME. you can't beat the price and does everything it advertised. I had to purchase a VGA to HDMI adapter. I tested it with my laptop on a tan wall in a fully lit room and the display was perfect. I found myself ignoring my laptop and using the screen display to navigate through my presentation. The color was perfect. The focus was perfect. Couldn't ask for more!

No complaints. Does everything.

  • Summary: I bought this about a year and a half ago and it's given me solid service. I have it in my living room where I shine it on a 130" diagonal screen. I switch it between my laptop, DVD player, and Nintendo Wii and it projects all of them flawlessly. I don't even have to unplug it - it automatically looks for an incoming video signal and adjust itself accordingly. All I have to do is turn it on and pull down the screen. One of the easiest to use projectors I've experienced.

  • Summary: I've used this projector in my classroom for over a year now. At first it was on a table, but I now have it mounted on the ceiling. I turn it on and off many times each day, and it never fails me. Nice, bright, crisp clear image. I recommend it highly.

User Review

  • Summary: Personal Experience This projector is my first foray into the "Big Leagues", so I'm quite happy with it. I'm not a guru by any means so I couldn't discern even the smallest issues. I plugged it in, hooked my Xbox 360 to it, beamed it against the wall, and wallah, a nice sized crisp screen. It looked fantastic. I've seen many complaints about the loudness, it's bearable, again it's my first projector, so I wouldn't know a quiet one. I'm very happy with it. Problems Nada.

Excellent bang for your buck

Erik "PirateErik", Amazon

  • Summary: There is one major thing that you need to do if you buy this product and that is upgrade to the latest firmware on the infocus website. The firmware that comes with it isn't nearly as good as the one they just released. Overall, for the money you can't go wrong with this projector. It has a decent resolution for a projector in the price range, and the 2200 lumens are more than enough. I keep mine on low power mode all the time and it still runs at 1700 lumens.

Infocus IN26: mon réve s'est enfin réalisé!

nic413, Ciao
6 December 2006
