Summary: This is by far the worst projector on the Market. I highly suggest you never ever buy this projector. I have had so many issues that it isn't funny. Even the projectors I got Infocus to replace went bad. Losing color, HUGE problem with bad pixels. HORRIBLE PROJECTOR
Summary: It turns out that warranties are important for a projector. They have a lot of heat because of the lamp and so are more likely to have a problem than other electronics.
Pros: Great machine... worked out of the box... Bought one two years ago and it burned out just over the two year warranty period.. So I bought another because my thinking is this was just a fluke. Price was right. Has what I consider the right inputs and outputs for a commercial unit.
Cons: Watch and be careful of what Newegg may write about any of the products they sell. This one is listed with a limited 5 year warranty. But if you go to the manufacturers site you get the real info. 2 years on the unit... 6 months on the lamp. Newegg does give you a link to the manufactures web sit...
Summary: Our school district bought around 100 of these a year ago, and we have seen many failures, including stuck/dead pixels, cutting off or just going dead. Failure rate SO FAR has been around 20% and I expect this to go much higher as these age.
Pros: Bright Fairly Quiet
Cons: Hundreds of stuck/dead pixels Startup Problems Cuts off after 10 minutes Cannot get prompt warranty service.
Summary: Our school district installed approx. 50 of these projectors about a year ago and we have had many (over 10) failures. Most common failure mode is hundreds of stuck/dead pixels per projector, and now we are starting to see startup failures as well.
Summary: Using this as a classroom replacement for an aging Epson. I am very interested in the higher end interactive models from InFocus, so am using this as need based buy as a test of the companies build quality and ease of use. Very pleased so far.
Pros: Bright, good trapezoid and clean image. Suitable for educational use on a desk in a classroom.
Cons: None to speak of. Build is lightweight, but for our purposes that is fine. Users pleased with the unit.
Summary: Prices for features have moved down fast in this category. Consumers get the benefit... Cool.... Did not get to use the network stuff so nothing to report yet- but will when I get the unit back.
Pros: Have not gone through all of the features. But picture clarity is strong.. menu system is standard.. the padded travel case with all cables needed, nice touch and unexpected, good price. image size at 11 feet maxed at about 7x5 feet 800 x 600 res.
Cons: Used about 30 minutes and went Dead, had to RMA back... But Neweggs RMA system is really quite good. Will be out the use of unit for probably a couple of weeks though. 5 eggs would have been given if this had not happened...
InFocus will neither repair nor replace this projector

Summary: This wasn't a bad projector at first. Brightness and resolution was good, but longevity was not: It died after just under a month of service. We had an approval for a repair quickly, but since then the repair company has been jerking us around.
Summary: Esta buen para dejarlo fijo, cumple su cometido y no expulsa mucho calor por la ranura de ventilación. La tapa de la bombilla es muy practica así como el doble conector vga. Hecho en falta hdmi
