Summary: Personal Experience This was my 3rd InFocus projector over a period of buying from the company for 6 years. Although the picture was phenomenal, I had HORRIBLE problems with this model. See below. The short-throw was awesome, and I highly recommend short-throw projectors to others. However, I would NEVER, EVER, recommend this model to anyone. In fact, I will NEVER recommend another InFocus projector to anyone, and I will never buy one again.
Stuck pixels - 2nd trip to warranty repair around the corner

Summary: When I first received and hooked up this product, I was very pleased. The screen is very bright, crisp, and large. However, after about 2-3 months of use, I began seeing stuck pixels on the screen. There were little dead spots that would appear from the projection. Eventually, this ballooned to about 19-20 dead spots before I sent it in for repair. When doing the warranty repair, they replaced a very key component to the projector.
Summary: Very well thought out product with a wide, bright, crisp image perfectly matched to my widescreen notebook. My use is for business presentations on the fly. Love using the remote control to advance slides so I can stay in front of the intended audience and not be tapping computer keys. Reasonably compact with a handy case. Pop it on a conf table next to notebook, hook up VGA and USB (allows remote control) from notebook and fire it up. Intuitive.
Summary: We needed a light weight projector for classes offsite. We have other infocus projectors and have been happy with the brand so we tried this. In a nut shell - Nice light weight projector, Great image, and it's easy to use. We paid about 800.00 great for the price !
Summary: First thing out of the box, the only cords I saw were two different kind of European cords. Eventually noticed a third US cord and hooked it up. The projector comes with Display Link. I connected two different laptops with the projector and both tried to download the software from the projector and then said that it would not work with the current operating system which is Windows 7. Called InFocus. The guy said to download new software.
Great quality projector - minor caveat with limited zoom

Summary: The projector provides a fantastic looking image, does a great job auto-correcting keystone and is super convenient with the USB connection. You also can't beat the wider format for displaying from newer wide screen laptops. For small rooms it's great because it can give you a 6 foot wide image from only a few feet away - BUT the negative tradeoff to that is that in larger spaces you still have to keep the projector very close to the wall or the image gets way too big.
Summary: Excellent for small meeting room or office applications. Throws a big picture from just a few feet away from the screen. This met all my expectation. Would have been 5 stars if there was a wireless link.
Summary: This projector works well. However, my last InFocus projector was only 1100 lumens and the 1503 is spec'ed at 3000 but it dosen't seem to be any brighter which is disapointing. Otherwise, it is a well functioning projector.
