Summary: Personal Experience I bought one of these my home cinema expecting high quality from HP but no. Received the projector turned it on and all was well, picture quality was pretty decent. But after and hour or so i kept receiving warnings and errors until it got to the point where it wouldn't even power up anymore. There was some kind of fan or bulb error. So I sent it back for a refund and won't buy a HP projector again!
Summary: so i am notorious for "over-thinking" all of my major purchases. i want the best bang for my dollar. well, i found this projector, refurbished, for a little over $200 and it was. worth. every. penny!!! we initially bought it for my daughters teenage slumber party in a month from now. so we tested it out the first night we got it. are you ready for this???
Summary: The picture quality is excellent especially when playing though wd media player, running my directv through the s video the image was weaker, but its a great projector so much that i have purchased another one as my fisrt one got damaged through power surge by Electric Utility
Awesome picture, the best I've ever seen from a projector.

Summary: Excellent picture, 720p HD video, BRIGHT image is good enough to view in a fully-lit room, lamps are relatively inexpensive and last a long time (4000 hours). The only negatives are that it tends to run a little warm, so provide adequate ventilation, it has no HDMI port (although I believe the DVI port should work with an adapter), and it's not 1080p.
Outstanding picture quality easy setup and quiet operation.

Summary: I have several HP projectors but the specs on the vp6320 looked better so I thought I would try one. I was not disappointed the picture is much better in ambient light and it just leaps off the screen. I plan on using it at outdoor movie night next week. That will be 7.5X10 foot screen for 400 people. I am confident it will do the job. It is quiet and easy to setup. Buy one you will not be disappointed.
Summary: Personal Experience Turned this thing on and WOW. For an inexpensive projector, it is very clear and bright. I found mine refurbished and got it sub $300. I might just buy another and play with 3D a bit. Easy, bright, clear (for HD 1024x768), built well, has a handle. So far a winner Problems None so far.
Summary: Only issue is that it is not HDCP compliant, might just be this one, because it did say on projectocentral it was, but it will not work with my HD cable box thru the DVI. Other then that it is a great projector.
Summary: Personal Experience Good projector. Problems Bought and upconverting DVD player and connected is using an HDMI-DVI cable. HDCP protected content will not play, even though the unit is supposed to have the HDMI chip. Any ideas?
