Summary: It you are using this in well lit areas you might want to get a brighter one. I have it in my garage and the sun sets in my garage so in the afternoons it shines all up in my garage so it does not look as good as I would like it. The built in speaker is nice because sometimes I just want my volume to be low where only I can hear it in the garage....Overall is good.
Summary: I ordered this as a class projector for use with videos, streaming camera, and power point presentations. It worked beautifully, and the picture was a LOT better than my previous four-year-old VGA model. I can't speak for its longevity yet, but it's great right out of the box for sure!
Summary: I purchased the unit to use at local history presentations - "slide shows." Very impressed with the ability to project in less than perfect low light levels and the high image clarity. Pretty easy to set-up, however sometimes it does not "read" the signal from the computer correctly and I have turn it off and start over. Have not gotten used to the fact a cool down period is not required after periods of use - which helps get in and out quickly.
Summary: After opening the box I was able to use it within 5 minutes. I really like having the ability to project from my pc using a USB cable. With the HDMI port I can also project documents from my phone (Samsung Note II)using a Cable Matters MHL to HDMI Cable for Samsung Galaxy S3/S4 and Note 2 in White that plugs into the phone's microUSB port. I haven't used it long enough to write a longer review but so far I'm very happy.
Summary: We bought this as an upgrade/replacement to the projector we had. It came very quick (we live at a DPO address) and well boxed and was easy to set up. We were able to turn it on and start watching movies within 5 minutes. The sound is ok; but its a small speaker so we fixed this by connecting our surround sound. The color is fantastic and we are able to watch movies without the room having to be dark.
