Inexpensive but great picture

Shirley M. Vogel "Church Lady", Amazon
30 November 2009
  • Summary: This was a rather inexpensive projector, but it does a great job. Easy to use and the picture is very vibrant. I used it with a DVD in my laptop and once I figured out how to make my laptop do what I needed it worked great. The only problem we had was volume, since the only volume comes from the laptop. We hooked in two destop speakers and that took care of the problem.

As Advertized!

Michael, Amazon
4 November 2009
  • Summary: We purchased this for use with church services at a nursing home. Setup was easy. The only thing I noticed was that when using full video (from DVD) that there is a slight jerk in the picture motion. The black and white display using PowerPoint is very bright in a well lit room. It is a good projector for the price.

streaming video

Joseph Mark, Amazon
1 November 2009
  • Summary: The projector works good. The only problem was when while trying to watch movies off the internet. The picture was clipping. I don't know if my comuter is fast enough to keep up with streaming video. Regular DVDs worked fine. Maybe I need a upgraded video card.

Great projector

George E. Handy, Amazon
1 November 2009
  • Summary: I was a bit timid thinking about moving from an overhead projector to a multi-media projector. Best move I've made in a while. The material is much easier to read, it has as much flexibility as the overhead and allows better interface with the audience. I found the setup and use to be quick and easy. Love it.

good product; poor manual for Mac users

Thomas C. Ewell, Amazon
22 October 2009
  • Summary: The User's Guide is not friendly to Mac users. The iBook needs an adapter (a mini DVI), but this is not mentioned. I had to call the Philippines' support services and spend a lot of time to learn of this. The frustration of now having to find a Mac store to buy the adapter certainly lessened my excitement and pleasure in receiving my new product. On behalf of other Mac users, come on Epson, you can do better for us if you want our continued business!

Great inexpensive LCD projector!

Cynthia Roller, Amazon
16 October 2009
  • Summary: Our non-profit organization bought 2 of these and it was like getting 2 for the price of 1. They are really easy to set up and use and we love the front sliding window that can close over the projector so you can turn it off temporarily while you are talking without having to be blinded by the projector.

Usere Friendly

Jason Gittelman, Amazon
6 October 2009
  • Summary: Very user friendly menu options are very simple. Picture is not as sharp as the Samsung I replaced but it serves the purpose well playing dvds.. We use this in our gym for video classes. The almost non existent cool down period and short warm up period lends itself well to how it will be used in our facility. It is hung from the cieling. The lamp access is from the top of the projector, so changing the lamp will be very easy.
