Wish I had done a little more research first

Pat Cooper, Amazon
12 September 2013
  • Summary: It appears that this model can only be managed over a network. You can't connect to it over the network to dislay power points or display video presentations.

Best deal I could find for the money

Rob Ness, Amazon
13 May 2013
  • Summary: I purchased this after a fair amount of research and I am not disappointed at all. The brightness is more than I had expected. The resolution is much sharper than anticipated as well. The integrated speaker is quite loud, but a mono-speaker, so the quality of sound is not the best.

Bright, easy-to-use projector

Amanda_LA, Amazon
1 April 2013
  • Summary: This projector was easy to set up, and came with a monitor cord and power cord. We have since bought an HDMI cord to transfer sound and picture from the computer to the projector in one shot. Very bright in our office conference room, and easy to adjust for uneven table heights and focus.

Very Satisfied So Far

Brian Weiss, Amazon
28 February 2013
  • Summary: i was hesitant about making this purchase as I have no experience with projectors. The reviews I read on the Internet for this model looked good, so I decided to go for it. So far, no regrets at all. Picture quality and sound quality are strong, inputs work well.

Nice projector

Amazon Customer "A slighty above average Joe", Amazon
12 February 2013
  • Summary: For what I need, it's a really nice projector. Lots of controls to help get the picture the way you want it. The speaker is useless though. My first use was to project a playoff game onto the wall for a youth event. It was nice. I think I recommend this projector.

Great for the money!

Kristen B., Newegg
5 January 2013
  • Summary: Amazing productivity and presentation projector with lots of connection options and keystone/aspect ratio adjustments (and color, etc too). I wouldn't build a home theater setup around this, but I wouldn't be sad if I had to sit through a few movies on it, they still look fine.
  • Pros: Runs quiet, has good color, shows text very crisply and sharp. Nice options for keystone correction both horizontally and vertically and also aspect ratio options. I have an AV receiver running a Wii, Blu Ray player, and a laptop (VGA to HDMI up-converted with sound) to the projector and use it f...
  • Cons: I tried it with a Blu-Ray, and it looked acceptable. But the dark colors can get muddled together on most projectors unless you spend $1000+ on a true home theater projector. This projector is not an exception to that. It looks great for presentations and computer work, less so for movies.
