Summary: Personal Experience Excellent low-budget projector. Long lamp life, relatively light and quiet, fast start up and shut down. Image quality is very good but the contrast is low, requiring very dim or completely dark rooms for the best viewing experience. Does not perform very well in average lighting conditions. Aside from that, I would recommend this projector to anyone. Problems Low contrast, substandard remote, no analog image correction (aside from zoom).
Summary: I wanted to buy a good projector for my back yard drive-in project So I read up on the Epson powerlite 77c and heard lots of good feedback .. and when I received the projector it was just as good as I read about .. Very happy with the picture and what the projector can do ..who knew you could use it to have a Drive-in in your own yard !!!
Summary: Personal Experience A very good projector from epson all around. I didn't even know it had auto keystone when I bought it - a nice touch. The only part I don't like about this projector is the small remote. Problems Small Remote Control.
Summary: Personal Experience I use this projector in my classroom to do MS Powerpoint presentations and show movies once in a while. Nice bright picture, runs fairly cool and has good color contrast. There's no audio output jack where you can connect a pair of PC speakers. You either have to connect speakers from your laptop or directly to the back of a DVD player. Other than that, It's a good projector that has served me well.
