  • Summary: Has a handle, DVD player, and sound all in one package. Perfect for every occasion. It also has great picture quality, that I did not expect for such an inexpensive product. Epson is a great name in home theater.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I previously owned an Epson Moviemate 25 and a Moviemate 30s. And, I bought a Moviemate 50 because I thought to myself FINALLY a projector that is portable and has a coaxil dolby connection instead of the optical. • Summary: Go buy this now!!! I searched for an EPSON Moviemate 30 for 2 weeks straight on Ebay and other internet chains. I wanted the onboard DVD and speakers, but was concerned about image, sound, and quality (I ALMOST bought a refurbished 30s). I AM SOOOOO GLAD I RAN INTO THIS EPSON MOVIEMATE 50. If you are looking for an all-in-one this is IT. The difference betweeen SVGA and VGA (Moviemate 50 vs.30) connections is VITAL.
  • Pros: Great image for an all-in-one- although rated at 480p it does look AWESOME with my PS3 pushing 720p. EXTREMELY easy to use - truly plug and play. Sound is ADEQUATE for small rooms, works really well for internal speakers...invest in some SONY or BOSE computer speakers and THIS ROOOOOOCKS!!! (I have a small 2.1 Sony that I use when I play Rock Band and it is unbelievable!!!!) Can't stop watching it every night - or put down my controller --I have been losing alot of sl...
  • Cons: I can't find one yet --oh wait! The provided case is chinsy. And like I said before - speakers are adequate, but not exactly home surrond quality - for less than $90 you can shake the walls...
