Bulb blew within two weeks, said a replacement would take ANOTHER TWO WEEKS

Summary: Purchased this item, and used it fine for two weeks. Unfortunately the bulb blew after only two weeks of use. Called Epson for a replacement bulb, and they said they would send it out the next day. Call back in a few days for a tracking number, and they say that there was something wrong with the original order, and they would place another.
Summary: I'm a past customer of Epson and will no longer buy their products. Epson refused to fix my projector, instead they just fed me new bulbs. 5 bulbs later and 2 months out of warranty period and they washed their hands of me.
Excerpt: I am disappointed with this projector. I have contacted several websites trying to find a way to make the picture fit my screen. I have my projector on a shelf that is 152" from the screen and it shows the picture past the screen. Please do not suggest moving the projector closer to the screen, this is not an option. I will be returning this projector and trying another brand.
Summary: This projector worked good only for 5 or 6 times. After first 2 weeks of use every time I turn it on first the screen is purple dominated. But if I turn it off and turn it back ON it works fine for that time. This occurs each time I have to turn this unit ON. I don't recommend this projector.
Summary: Well, I have not actually used the projector yet because it came with no manual. It did come with a CD which I thought for sure would have the manual on it. (The projector costs less because they don't have to print a manual. :( The huge 590MB CD had only an internet link to a manual that is stored somewhere on the web. Of course the location I was at is very remote and they have no internet service.
