I'm new in this forum and need your help.

I have a epson eh-tw5500, 670 hours old. My problem is that I see a red bar on lower side of the screen (it is ceiling mounted), see the attached photo.

Eh Tw5500 is connected to Sony PS3 (HDMI), Nintendo WII (Video), Rotel RSP1066 (Video).

I see this bar with all inputs. I have sent it to repair and they have substitute all optical group.

After one month, the issue represented. I don't know what i have to do. Have you got similar issue? It is a known problem? There is a solution?
