Summary: Excellent 2d projector. $300 for a projector that cost $10,000 new seemed like a no-brainer. At the $10,000 price range I can see why this projector couldn't compete but at $300 it's a heck of a steal!
Summary: This projector is beautiful, bright, and sharp. It has great input capabilities and only one wire goes to the projector. The case is a sexy deep blue and it throws a great picture. This is a highly recommended DLP projector. You will not dissapointed if you find one here on ebay.
Summary: Personal Experience I COMPARED MANY PROJECTORS. I FIRST VIEWED THE DWIN AT C.E.S. IT CLEARLY HAD A BETTER PICTURE WITH BETTER BLACK LEVELS THAN OTHER PROJECTORS AROUND THIS PRICE RANGE. THE DWIN TV3 IS A 2 PART SYSTEM. IT CONSIST OF A VIDEO SWITCHER AND PROJECTOR. THERE IS ONLY ONE WIRE CONNECTING THE PROJECTOR TO THE SWITCHER. THIS GREATLY REDUCES INSTALL TIME AND LOOKS MUCH CLEANER. ALSO SAVES MONEY ON VIDEO CABLES. THE SWITCHER ACTUALLY DOES MORE THEN SWITCH.
Summary: Personal Experience I agonized over replacing my old Sharpvision LCD Projector, when I viewed the picture produced by the TV3 Plus I was hooked. It is by far the best picture I have seen for its price. I was a bit concerned about the fan noise, but when installed and operating the noise was negligible. I literally watched all my movies over again; it was like looking at them for the first time. No regrets. If I could rate the image quality higher I would.
Summary: Personal Experience In my experience (which is 15 years in the Home theater electronics buisness) I have never seen a projector produce an image this good! Ive seen this projector side by side with the BQ 8700 and Infocus 7205, and it blows both of these out of the water. The transvision Scaler box really does its job on scaling all images to high def.
