Summary: This unit is extremely portable, fits easily into my briefcase. Would be nice if the case would also fit the power adapter, you have to carry them separately. Not very bright, must turn the lights out to get average projection. I teach computer software classes. I use the unit as a backup when all office projectors are unavailable. This unit just barely gets by. Would not recommend for watching movies.
Good product but cant project readable image "anytime, anywhere"
Mark M. Wilson, Amazon
14 December 2009
Summary: This product is good. When the lights are off it projects a large image that is very clear. When the lights are on you can still see the image but barely, this ofcourse is in an extremely well lit room and not just with some lamp shining in the same area.
Dell M109S: Pocket Sized Projector Punches Above Its Weight
14 June 2011
Summary: I've been really impressed with the quality of this little projector from Dell. Due to the size of the projector and the fact that it uses LED instead of a traditional lamp I was expecting it to be really really dim and totally unwatchable. I got this projector to watch mostly films. I wanted something nice and portable that could be easily packed away as I couldn't justify something permenantly mounted in the living room.
Pros: Portablility, Size, Colours, Input Sources
Cons: Brightness, Black Level Detail, No Integrated Tripod Mount
