Summary: I purchased this projector to update from a previous projector that weighed a ton and reminded me of a boat anchor. The light weight and portability is what I need and this fits the bill. The Dell's display image is very clear and worked well the first time I used it. I would not hesitate to buy a Dell projector in the future. So far I have not found anything I do not like, although I have not tried the sound.
Summary: The Dell 2200MP projector is overall a good reliable product. I purchased one new about 7 years ago, and used it periodically to teach classes over a large territory within my state. Easy to use and lightweight. It does have a common failure however, which are the mirrors in the light tunnel. This projector is no longer produced, and there are no repair parts available from Dell.
Good projector but it needs a room with little light to get best result.

Summary: Picked this one used for a little over $100 and for the price it is great but because I did not research and I am new to projectors I had to learn by trial and error the best way to run high definition. HDMI cables do not work with it and the best way to run video is component to VGA converter.
Summary: I was asked to do a presention of part of my Victorian Glass collection and to show the details of each item I needed some way to project this on to a wall or screen. This projector exceeded my requirements. I am very pleased with the product and the controls that adjust for keystone effects and the zoom ability.
Summary: Hello, I purchased this Dell MP2200 projector for my business. It is a must in my business due to the amount of presentations that I have to do. I only deal with Dell equipment because of its' name. The projector arrived in a condition less appealing with several long scatches on it. The projector worked fine the first two presentations and on the third, it let me down. The projector would not focus in. I can not read or see what I am projecting on to the screen.
