Summary: I should have taken a hint when I called customer service a month out of purchasing last years model of this product and got massively run around from person to person. Promises of someone calling me back broken. Now a year later the fan has died on the unit and once again I am being ran around. When will this madness stop. Wait a few years to purchase this item. It's good when it works, but Casio customer service/website it not up to spec.
