Summary: I was attracted to the laser/led projector because of no bulb and a 20,000 hour light source. A friend recommended it, so I took the plunge and ordered it online without having even touched one. It was shipped to the location where I was going to be in a business meeting. I plugged it in and connected it to my laptop via HDMI cable, and it worked the very first time with absolutely no connection hassles.
Summary: Great projector poor instructions for use. Cannot get to work wireless or with thumb drive as slide picture too big for screen does not show whole slide and no way to adjust resolution to function correctly. If hard wired to computer no problem great projector.
Summary: I travel a LOT - 45 to 48 weeks a year. What is most important to me is gear that is light, durable and hassle-free. That's exactly what the Casio Green-slim is. It very easily slips into either my roll-aboard or my briefcase and doesn't weigh me down or take up all my packing space. It's so thin! It's about the size of a laptop from a few years ago.
Summary: Picture Quality is outstanding. Got it to work with Mac via wireless. However since I could use only one wireless connection, I can't connect to internet when I am connected to the Projector via wireless. Struggled little for Mac, but it is working finally.
Would want for Christmas gift if I didn't already have it.

Summary: I cannot begin to be fair to this magnificent little device. There is so much it can do and so little that I ask of it. It is the centerpiece of my home theater. So it never gets to travel. But it fills the screen brightly, that is all I ask of it. I expect it to outlive me. The warranty period is super generous anyway. It truly is plug-and-play. I will never exploit all its capabilities as I run it through an A/V center.
Summary: PHENOMENAL projector with "wired" setup. This projector is 100% idiot proof when using a VGA or HDMI connection. Picture and ALL features are incredible; best projector I've ever had. Now... the wireless feature? When I received the projector, the included wireless software was not compatible with Windows 8.0/8.1. Upon calling Casio customer service and informing them that the wireless feature was not working, Casio NEVER asked what my PC operating system was.
Summary: I bought this to replace a Casio XJ-S57 projector (similar footprint, no wireless) that is about 5 or 6 years old. It is still going strong, but I was interested in the wireless capability of this unit, as well as the boost in lumens (old one is 2400 I think). This unit is FANTASTIC!!! It allows me to keep my laptop next to the podium where I can see it more clearly and place the projector in the center aisle for maximum image size (my averge audience size is about 50).
Summary: We purchased this projector for our lab, so that we could present powerpoints and movies in locations that might not have a projector, or in very bright environments. The picture, contrast, auto-keystoning are phenomenal. It runs extremely hot so make sure there is nothing obstructing the vents (not sure why lasers are so much hotter than bulbs). If you hook up using HDMI or VGA you should be fine. However, DO NOT COUNT ON CASIO'S SOFTWARE FOR ANYTHING!
Summary: Although I primarily use it for TV and Video games, The only problem I had was the software for the wireless connection was not windows 8 compatible. Contacted Casio and the software ("Wireless connection 3") was under review for win8. That being said, I simply did compatibility checker with win8 and it got it working. After 200 hours it will dim slightly(this was expected) but its so minimal, can't really notice it.
