very good projector but...

Mathew, Amazon

  • Summary: it is a very good projector, but now (after 16 months of purchase) i am seeing grain like feel towards the extreme right side of the projection... I brought this piece from US but got relocated after couple of months and now i don't know how to go about it outside US. I am trying to get e-repair but uncertain at the moment... I was extremely cautious with the product as I brought a UPS, shock proof bag so that there should be any physical/power supply ailments.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Projector very loud, almost impossible to use it at its maximum brightness, my only used in Eco-Mode 2 because of the annoying noise. The image also fall short in putting two EcoMode maximum brightness was good but the noise pareia misses a very high vacuum, poor disturbed the meeting.

  • Summary: Very portable, easy use, great brightness. The video quality is great for a datashow. I'm using also as a home theater, and for me its good enough. Maybe the best you can get from a LED projector.

  • Summary: After Purchasing and getting home eager to set up i took down my old projector (SharpVision xv-z9000u was 11k new in 2001) which i have been very pleased, hooked up the new casio and BAM the whole room was lit up with very rich and vibrant color, and then after some calibration and moving the fan down to eco mode two i popped on some 1080p videos on my playstation, they were amazing, moved to some online gaming and same experience, so far a very awesome 10 hours!

Awesome tool for travel and presentations

  • Summary: For those who have many speaking engagements this is an awesome tool to carry around. It's not too heavy, it's very thin and portable. Yet, despite its size anne weight, you don't loose in the potential. It does an excellent job with keystone and auto-focus, it has zoom capabilities which is great so you don't have to move the projector back and hence also move a computer back with it. It does a very good job in fairly bright settings.

Quite good!

  • Summary: Pros - Bright, small, good picture; VERY sharp for text/data, yellows/blues very vibrant. No whacky/expensive bulb to replace in 2-3 years. Frickin' lasers, people, LASERS... No discernable (to me) "rainbow" effect (though others may be more sensitive to this). Cons - Color blows (not much red), not 1080P, no HDMI input, hot (not-too-bad), loud (not-too-bad). Heavy (not-too-bad). Overall - Primarily for traveling/data presentation.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I have to admit, I was quite skeptical of this projector. I mean 2500 lumen from a 20k+ hour light source for under $1000? I researched and finally purchased this model to replace my aging Toshiba TDP-T45 DLP Projector. I was just tired of replacing the lamps every couple thousand hours. Well the unit arrived, extremely slim and quite attractive compared to it's bulky counterpart. I sat it up on a table to play with it, turned it on and BAM!

In one word: OUTSTANDING!

  • Summary: As usual, I am always a little skeptical with claims made on new technology items. I have had a home theater video projector for over a decade, so am jaded to much of the hype so when I read about an LED projector listed as 2500 lumen my warning alarms started going off. I read further and saw it was a "hybrid" led and after a little more research I started saying "well maybe.

Fantastic

  • Summary: This is a great projector. I like the size, the brightness, and a neat feature that automatically adjusts the keystone. When you project onto a vertical wall the keystone correction is about perfect. I don't need to make any adjustments.
