Perfect for gaming and 3D movies

aldokocha, B&H Photo
18 September 2014
  • Excerpt: It's very bright comparing to my previous Optoma GT700.Got a very big image just from 8-10 feet. Paired it with Sony BDPS5200 Blu-ray player and SainSonic glasses for a beautiful 3D picture. There is a lot of 3D movies for rent on both Sony Entertainment Network and VUDU.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy to use, Great picture quality, Small Footprint

  • Summary: I am very pleased with this projector but I used to watch movies etc on a laptop so the gap is huge. Followed soccer world cup and watch tv shows and movies. As soon as the quality is 720p minimum it is pure joy and the fact that it is short distance makes it very convenient to use in my case. I give 4 stars but it is because I cannot compare with other products.
  • Pros: Bright and quiet, very good image quality.
  • Cons: none for the moments. Hope it will last.

  • Summary: There are many good projectors even at lower price, i considered and tried couple of those before settling for this one. what i wanted: i did not want to set up a projector room but wanted to enjoy 3D movie with my kid without going to theatre, 2D movies and streaming games in the living room in that order.

Excellent value for money projector

Peter J Smith, Amazon
8 June 2014
  • Summary: The W770ST is everything i hoped to get. I specifically wanted 720p resolution as a lot of the video content i view is standard definition, or at best somewhat short of full HD. The projected image exceeded my expectations, and is significantly better than the Panasonic 720p machine that this replaced. Easy set up, the short throw lens means no shadows on screen if movement in the room is going on... Blue Rays, DVDs, TV and gaming all look great.
