Summary: BenQ makes decent projectors and we have been happy with our BenQ with the exception of the reliability. Don't think that I will purchase another one. We have a W5000 which is the predecessor of the W7000 that is just over 4 years old.

Summary: While the initial product is great and works well for a "in house home theater" the firmware itself is a bit troublesome and actually has to be sent to the company to upgrade rather than just downloading it.
Summary: I bought my projecter (BenQ W6000) from Amazon in September of 2010. It worked fine the first year but before the warranty was up, I had to send it back into the manufacturer to fix the Dynamic Black feature. The image was very dark and was only usable if I turned the Dynamic Black feature off.
Summary: Had this projector for about a month and do like it but it has a couple of small "annoyances". I use it with HD Cable, PS3 and Sony bdps590 Blu ray player. Previously had Optoma HD65, Epson 8350 in that order.
