Summary: Personal Experience It appears that many of the reviews are being submitted by Benq or Benq retails. Warranty hot swaps are to happen in 48 hours -- my experience has been 14-20 days. Similar with replacement bulbs. Problems My experience after repeated attempts to contact Benq direct was to have them hang up on me once they listen to my frustration with this product. I have blown 4 bulbs and 1 with a new projector and firm ware. Do not trust this organization.
Summary: Personal Experience Picture quality and set up is excellent. After that my experience has been non stop frustration. Don't be fooled that this is solely a bulb issue. It is not. The issue is one of firmware, cooling and poor product design. A progessive company would acknowledge the problem, recall the existing units and provide the necessary upgrades proactively. Obviously Benq is neither progressive nor reputable.
