The BenQ MX511 is a projector that is powered by DLP® technology by Texas Instruments® and supports XGA (1024 x 768) native resolution, 2700 ANSI lumens brightness, 3000:1 (Full on/Full off) contrast ratio, Manual Vertical ±40° keystone correction, 4:3 Native/16:9 Selectable aspect ratio, and full 1.07 billion color palette. The projector has a lens with F= 2.51 to 2.69, f= 21.95 ~ 24.18 mm values, 1.10:1 and manual zoom and can project an image ranging from 23” to 300” in size at 1.97-2.17 (50"@ 2m) throw ratio. The projector is also powered by a 190W lamp with 4500/6000 hours (Normal/Economic mode) of lamp life, and is compatible with a system with VGA (640 x 480) to UXGA (1600 x 1200) resolution, an HDTV up to 1080p resolution and supports NTSC, PAL and SECAM video system. It has a horizontal frequency of 31-90 kHz and vertical scan rate of 50-120 Hz. The MX511 supports two D-sub 15 pin analog RGB interface, a HDMI V1.3, 2 Component Video D-sub 15 pin (Shared with Analog RGB connector), a S-Video Mini Din 4 pin, Composite Video RCA, stereo Mini audio jack, a PC output terminal D-sub 15 pin, and a 2W speaker. It also has RS232 9 pin serial connector. The MX511 measures 10.4 x 3.9 x 8.3 inch and weighs 5.1 lbs. The MX511 comes with a Quick Start Guide, VGA cable, manual CD, power cord, remote control with battery, and optional presentation plus, spare lamp kit, RS232 cable and soft carry case.
