Summary: Great little projector, perfect for my needs. Connected right to my laptop without a hitch. While not nearly as bright as some of the larger projectors Asus makes, it is the perfect travel companion.
Summary: This projector is the perfect answer for all of you out there looking for a massive viewing screen without paying a massive price! I have used this projector for everything from playing Xbox 360 to viewing movies and even watching sporting events and couldn't be happier. Yes, you may need to buy an adaptor or two along with speakers, but for the price you just can't beat the Asus P1!
Summary: Delivers as promised. Very small, easy to take anywhere. The only drawback is that it (like ALL pico projectors) is not as bright as the bigger models. But that is the tradeoff you make - size vs. illumination. It still more than does the job, is simple to use and offers the very convenient/helpful "lift." I would recommend it.
Summary: if you take a close look at the specs on this one it's definitely a lot better than the other ones I saw online. Take a look at the brightness, aspect ratio, and the lamp life. I think this is the best best choice on the market. I just got it in the mail and I'm very pleased with the size of the image in a short distance. Also the picture is very bright and crisp. the ONLY draw back is the lack of HDMI input but it can easily be fixed with a $20 connector.
Summary: I love everything about this projector except that it doesn't do what it says it's supposed to. Great brightness, short-throw but auto keystone setting ruins the entire projector. When I turn this function off it is instantly turned back on every time I restart the projector. Contacted ASUS (worst technical support I've ever experienced) Couldn't find anyone who had even heard of this projector then I finally found someone who read me the manual over the phone.
