Summary: Returned item due to 1. Display wasn't bright enough. 2. Needed to remove my iPhone case for it to be inserted properly. 3. Vertical shots of people were distorted. Was informed by the company they plan on producing a brighter display some time in the future.
Summary: one star is difficult as it never truly initialized or functioned - became incredibly hot to touch (manual says it will be warm to touch) this was burn potential hot! Returned stat to vendor!!!
Summary: on the package it says the projector works on ipads. I plugged it in, very excite to use this new 'gadget' and the only prompt i get is that it is not a compatible device. I retried it several times. does not work with an ipad and there is not a customer service number anywhere in the directions.
Summary: I got this in an attempt to use it to project a powerpoint presentation. I was able to get my powerpoint to show, but the projection just wasn't strong enough. I think it'd be good for just movies or macro objects, but nothing with words etc.
Summary: I read a couple of other reviews that weren't so great, but they seemed really nit-picky to me. I love this little gizmo! I got into bed last night and watched the most recent episode of "House of Cards" on Netflix through my phone.
Summary: I had a chance to try this on an iPad 2 and 3GS. Make sure to do research before buying to see if it fits your particular application. It doesn't function as you might assume of all projectors. Because the PICO hooks up directly to the dock port, you have to orient yourself to the device to work it.
