Features

The Acer X1260 features Acer ColorBoost technology, an optimized six-segment color wheel, for maximizing colour and brightness without the rainbow effect, native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, 2000 ANSI Lumens brightness and a 2000:1 contrast ratio project clear images from a long distance on a large screen. It also features the DLP® system design that reduces pixelation and produces higher-contrast video with deeper blacks, giving a smooth precision for fast-moving images. Featured on the detachable remote control, is the Empowering Key that provides access to Acer Empowering Technology tools. The projector also features Acer SmartFormat technology that offers complete multiformat support, giving instant projection without complicated resolution settings. It also features Acer InstantPack technology that allows users to safely unplug the power cord right after the projector is turned off, eliminating the need for a cooling period. The projector automatically performs a safety shutdown if there is no input for an extended period of time. The Acer X1260 detects input as soon as a source is connected, eliminating time spent signal scanning. It also features loop-through function, a D-Sub output port that allows another device, usually a monitor or another projector, to be connected to the X1260 for dual displays. An RS-232 serial port allows advanced control and monitoring via the system manager. This projector allows up to 4000 hours of lamp life, digital zoom and pan let that lets users magnify details and move the magnified image to a preferred location, and a forty-degree vertical keystone correction alleviates the display distortion of an image with a wider top or bottom.
