Pros: Small footprint, lightweight, simple well arranged Menu, bright when needed, no useless auto iris adjustment, fast Power On/Off, great color accuracy, great mid/short throw range, ghost and crosstalk free bright 3D picture.Much better than H9500BD !
Cons: Almost impossible to find screw set for the mounting bracket.
Summary: This is my first projector and I was amazed by the picture quality. Once you set it up and figure out how to get it focused it is like having a 100"+ lcd tv. Even with the lights on it is bright enough to watch, but definitely better with most of them off. I built my own screen for less than $50 and it still looks crystal clear.
Summary: I had concerns about it as I had bought 2 other brand projectors that claimed 3D 3000 Lum. and 1080p, they were none of the afore mentioned. Government should bust the liars for false advertisement instead of hassling ball players. The Acer has a Great picture [real 1080p], The 3D works without a computer or converter, and it is bright enough to view in a lighted room, it really is a 3000 lumen projector. Great p.s.
Pros: I have a high-end 4-year-od HD DLP projector from another manufacturer, and bought this for someone else. For the price it can not be beat. Very small, light, quiet and runs extremely cool. The carrying case is a nice extra. Cables are short and minimal. Colors are stunning, right out of the box. Very short throw, so if placed at the same distance as other projectors the picture is larger, and hence darker. It seems to be slightly dark, but I can't be certain. The men...
Summary: Bright, Easy setup, Awesome picture, Great 3D, Great 2d>3D conversion. I play Xbox and watch BluRay and 3D on this. This projector is awesome and super small. Also the replacement lamps are the cheapest I've seen.
Summary: After much research and comparing reviews I jumped on the opportunity to purchase this Acer H6510BD from the egg people with a promo code for a price that could not be beat. However, if you're waiting for a price drop or super sale somewhere, I'd highly recommend that you just bite the bullet and buy this thing from whoever has it available right now regardless of price! I've put well over 60 hours on my projector and I love this thing.
