got dark?

jae, Amazon
3 April 2011
  • Summary: This little projector is cool, sleek, and easy as heck to use. I am a teacher who wanted it to project images and video from my computer. It is great as long shown in an absolutely dark room. The more light and the further away from the projected image, the worse to impossible to view.

  • Summary: Great product. Nice clear and projects well, however I am not able to use it without purchasing a different adaptor for my droid x. This was disappointing.

Compact but yet to meet expectations

Roy Wiegmann, Amazon
9 December 2010
  • Summary: Lighting under dark ambience is a problem. The compact size is fine but long chord will make it better for its utility.

You get what you pay!

Carlos Cadena, Amazon
8 November 2010
  • Summary: I don't recommend this, although you would use it in a 100% dark room. It's more like a toy.

Samir Gabriel, Amazon
16 December 2009
  • Summary: Will not work unless the room is really dark. It is light weight, small and operates instantly.

Three stars, but could be less...

Beto Moura, Amazon
16 December 2009
  • Summary: Good product! The only problem is that you gotta have a dark room to work. It's mandatory, otherwise the audience can't read even with a good background/foreground contrast. That's something you don't see in the description of the product.

Great but for balance

Phineas, Amazon
16 December 2009
  • Summary: I expected this product to perform well only with dim light and that is fine. The challenging part is the length of the cords given that you need to place the projector far from the computer to get a large enough image and to balance the small unit at the correct height.

Not for watching star wars

Spotted dog, Amazon
16 December 2009
  • Summary: This is light, easy to set up, and comes with all the plugs needed. The only drawback is that it requires close to absolute darkness for a viewable picture. Vids and pics with lots of white and bright colours are ok, but with those with dark scenes, you'll be staring at the wall.

My mistake

Sandy LB, Amazon
15 December 2009
  • Summary: I bought this item by mistake thinking it would deliver to a broader audience. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was recommended for no more than 5 persons in a room!It has been a good "toy" for home use, but not a serious item to take on the road for professional presentations.Nevertheless it...
