B.Mendoza "brynx", Amazon
1 September 2014
  • Summary: my personal movie screen on my room. for it's compact size i have nothing to say. I just wish it has a higher lumens for brighter environment and not having a proprietary vga cable. I have a hard time looking for the right VGA cable but managed to get it in 3M UK site.

Nice and convenient

Michael L Ginsburg, Amazon
27 May 2014
  • Summary: This is a handy little projector but it doesn't project as far as 3M says it does. I can only get about 3-4 feet away before losing serious display brightness and resolution. It also needs to be dark.

Powerful, portable, but no remote available

Kindle Customer, Amazon
24 September 2013
  • Summary: The projector met and exceeded every expectation I had in terms of power and portability. My sole disappointment is that a remote is no longer available. You must manually operate the projector. This causes shake and decreases effectiveness of "instructor mobility."

Good unit. Hard to find cables to connect it to a laptop.

tommyjohns, Amazon
22 September 2013
  • Summary: This is a good little projector that does everything it says it will do. The problem is that it requires a cable with a 3M proprietary end to connect it to a laptop, and unfortunately, that cable is no longer available.

Great set of capabilities in a tiny shell

Amazon Customer, Amazon

  • Summary: The MP 220 is includes an impressive set of features. It is amazingly compact and lightweight, especially considering its outstanding brightness. The combination of being capable of running on batteries, plus having its own Android operating system and internal memory, enables you to use it without...

20 February 2013
  • Summary: If you want project your Ipad or Iphone, you'll need cables and conectors! But Amazon's or 3M's sites don't explain, just in manual. Cable VGA and conector 30 pin to VGA.

Nice little unit - ridiculous that all accessories disappeared off the face of the planet, but...

Jonathan Parker, Amazon
6 August 2012
  • Summary: I purchased this due to it's decent price. I did not realize the unit was discontinued when I got it, so shame on me for not researching first. I read on the side of the box that only a USB cable was included, and for a projector to not include even the most basic cable to connect it to something I...

Not for Everyone, Great fo Me

Amazon Customer, Amazon
6 August 2012
  • Summary: Lots of reviews here knock this unit for many reasons and while they may be valid to a degree, with a little creativity they are surmountable. First, I did not purchase my MP220 through Amazon but through a selloff from another site where I paid $130 for the unit (don't ask where, they don't have...

Mostly good

Myop, Amazon
3 August 2012
  • Summary: Mostly I am very happy with this. Buying the remote is critical if doing a presentation. Also, the images in folders seem to get sorted by date only (unless someone knows away to change this) which means to get them in the order I want, I have to arrange the images before hand (by changing names to...
