Summary: I have been buying and using printers since the 70's when we had 110 tty's and LA120, with drum printers for the fast stuff. I have had HP Laser's, the spray-painters and the rest. Most printers are built on the razor/blade model; cheap entry with high cost of operation.
Summary: Since I've already had several solid ink printers, I knew what to expect. This unit delivers excellent colors at reasonable speed. Don't expect it to be as quiet or as past as a laser printer. Solid ink is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than laser cartridges and quite easy to load.
Great printer, learn about it first... & other inks ok.

Summary: I actually like this printer; it's the first one that I didn't simply throw away when something went wrong. CONS: - The maintenance tray might never be properly released as delivered from the factory. There is a cam which holds it in place.
Summary: We are a small business that tends to do most of our marketing in-house in order to a) save money, and b) have greater control of our marketing. I've tried all different types of color printers (ink-jet's from Canon, HP, and Lexmark, colored power toner based printers from Brother, Canon, HP,...
Summary: Comments about Xerox Phaser 8560MFP/T: 8560 has been excellent. Fast copies and great quality. Ink storage is great since there 1/4 of the size of traditional toner. Cost per click is very low.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup, Easy To Use, Eco Friendly, Fast Operation, Great Print Quality, Reliable
Summary: Had this printer on the radar screen for awhile. I use it at a workplace (part time) and liked the output. The company has had it for several years and basically pretty free of problems and they print a lot of stuff on it.
Best Printer I've ever owned. 18 months with only a few paper jams.

Summary: Pros: Very low cost per page, low cost for wax ink--I use generic wax ink--not Xerox ink which is over priced. . Color printer close to photographic. Not quite perfect, but damn close. I now print mostly from Screen capture or practical screen captures.
Summary: I have had my Xerox 8560N for nearly 3 years and it has been very reliable. In that time I have had only two paper jams which were easily and quickly fixed. I have printed about 5000 copies in that time.
Summary: I'm a graphic designer that works from home and needed a printer that would cut back those trips to the local print shop. I did a lot of research and decided on this printer based on image quality and price of use. Note: all Laser Printers will be initially costly in the Ink/Toner department.
