Summary: I had several years with this printer and I had a really bad experience with it. First of all, you must have powered on the machine 24x7, every time you turn off and on the machine, you waste ink. This machine needs a lot of energy to operate, even when you're not printing.
Summary: I still have not received a printer that works. I ordered in the middle of July, the printer was delivered, did not work, a local repairman has the printer and is awaiting the delivery of a working printer.

Summary: Mine is two years old, and has seen light to moderate use over that time. It's breathtaking how expensive the solid ink is (and it goes fast)!. My 8560 recently broke - it started jamming and making all kins of noise. A local repair person couldn't fix it.

Summary: I bought two of these printers and wish I'd never bought one! First of all, one of the printers no longer works and has found its way to the nearest dump! It died as soon as the warranty ran out. These printers also turn on all through the day and night.
Summary: This printer worked fine for the first 6 to 9 months. Then we had to make a service call to clear the jets and remove lines in the printouts. About a year later the same problem and it seems every few months another jet gets clogged. It is time to call again so here I am writing the review.
Summary: I've had this printer and the DN (double sided) version. The first had 4 service calls within the first 6 months, and it worked for the next 10 months. Because of the high cost of the service plan vs the actual printer cost, we decided not to buy it.
Summary: I've never given a one star review, but as a result of our experience with this product, I'm afraid it's necessary. The printer does print beautiful color. However, we also use it for scanning, and I would assume like most other users have it networked in our office.
Summary: Was shipped with broken ink cartridges. Amazon refunded. After printing 100 pages, the printer gives an error message of ADD BLACK INK. Black ink is full, Xerox tech support (outsourced to India) was of no help. I am throwing the printer in the trash, if Amazon does not offer a refund.
Summary: I strongly advise against the purchase of this printer. It performs poorly, suffers from poor design, and is expensive to operate. This is my fifth color laser printer, and it has performed far below lower cost printers. Service calls have cost me more than the purchase price.
