Summary: Horrible reliability! We have been struggling with this printer for a year or so. Seemed to work ok for the first few months. Now we have to reboot it multiple times a day. It just quits working with no error code. The led on the control panel turns red and that is all she wrote.
AVOID XEROX!!!! Comparable HP products are a much better bang for your buck!

Summary: Biggest waste of money on technology I have ever spent! First off check the prices on the toner cartridges. If you plan on seriously using this printer for color then it is not for you. Each cartridge is at least $400 and refilled/off-brand ones do not work in the printer.
Summary: This didn't work right out of the box, and Xerox refuses to stand by it. Three calls to Xerox tech support has gotten us nowhere, and we had to pay additional for this alleged support! A total disaster. Please, please, please don't make the same mistake.
Summary: This printer is an excellent upgrade from the 7760, the color is accurate and easy to set up. Quiet and fast. So far I don't have anything negative to report. Using this printer for our design studio. We are using the GX version with Phaser Match.

Summary: I love the machine. I have had it for a year. It replaced the Xerox 7750 I had for 7 years. Print quality is great, does use a ton of toner. However it does take some experience, intelligence and time to operate these phaser machines.
