Summary: Printer had bad paper and color registration from sheet 1. Xerox subcontracted out field repairs. After a week of failed repair attempts Xerox overnighted a new unit that works fine. From the time it was originally delivered until the replacement unit arrived was 2 weeks.
Summary: Do. NOT. Buy. This. Printer. Instead, enjoy the peace of mind that goes with not paying for calls to Xerox service and waiting on hold for a long time, to be told they have no idea why your lightly used, one-year-old printer has black smears on every print.
Summary: Over the last year or so we have had constant problems with this printer. It seems to be designed to sell you products and parts. It tells you it is out of toner long before the cartridges are actually empty. We had to use after market chips to correct this problem on the toner cartridges.

Summary: I purchased this item to print on 11 x 17 paper. Now after hours online with level 2 tech support and a home visit from a technician I cannot print on 11 x 17 paper using a windows 8.1 operating system. Windows 7 yes, Windows 8 NO. It is essentially a 90 lb paperweight.
Summary: This unit is small and compact and pretty fast and suits our needs as a small graphic design studio just fine. We have not gotten to the toner replacement cost issue yet, but I don't think you can judge a printer like this from the duration of the starter cartridges.
