Summary: When the printer is working it does a great job however occasionally it just prints out a page full of black and blue lines, see attached photo. It would do this about 3-4 times a year. We've only had this printer for two years with very light use.
Summary: This is the worse product, I had it for two years now and used it for a total of one week, the red runs, and now that I am out of warranty I have to pay 165 dollars for a service call. DO NOT BUY XEROX, even my wife gave her company unit back
Summary: I purchased this machine in August 2010 after the vendor raved on about how it was the best replacement for the old HP5500 we were upgrading from. It printed lovely images, when it was printing.
Summary: I bought this printer less than 2 years ago and I'm already having to look for its replacement. Worked pretty well for about a year, then it seemed with each cartridge I replaced came a new problem.
Summary: We purchased this printer less than a year ago. At the time we used Windows Vista. We changed computers and now have Windows 7. The computer cannot find the printer. When we reinstall the driver it can print a test page, but then will not print anything after that.
Summary: I needed a good quality color printer to handle medium sized print jobs. I though Xerox would be a good professional brand. I selected this model based on the published specs. That was June 29, 2010. Upon arrival the printer would not print red. Customer service sent a new cartridge. No change.
