Cons: Constant 'paper jam at tray 2 ' trouble. I have fought this for a year now and I am hauling it to the landfill. Every time you reload paper it can take hours to get it to stop the mystery fault. Tech support tells you to replace tray or look for paper. I suppose you never get something for nothin...
Cons: doesn't print pictures well. Started to generate random error codes about 6 months after we bought it. Now, it gives some error code about the magenta toner... even after replacing the toner cartridge with a new one.
Summary: Was told by their Service support that "technically" the printer does print envelopes. Since they don't want to replace the printer, I am stuck with a printer that destroys envelopes. It will also warp heavier stock paper such as business cards or brochure paper.
Pros: Heavy enough to keep papers from fling around the room on a windy day. Color is pretty good but not very accurate.

Summary: I needed a good quality color printer to handle medium sized print jobs. I though Xerox would be a good professional brand. I selected this model based on the published specs. That was June 29, 2010. Upon arrival the printer would not print red. Customer service sent a new cartridge. No change.
Summary: We purchased this printer less than a year ago. At the time we used Windows Vista. We changed computers and now have Windows 7. The computer cannot find the printer. When we reinstall the driver it can print a test page, but then will not print anything after that.
