    If it still has warranty, you can use it or just to a local store to be checked. The toner should work properly if you had follow all the steps correctly. You can also refer to the user's manual as

  • Envelope Print Problems & Print Problems in Quicken 2007

    Using MS Office 2007. Having problems printing envelopes...must specify paper type (envelope and manual feed) on both document and printer settings...and even then, when I select current page (with manual feed), I am not prompted to feed envelope and the printer prints envelope on regular paper that it auto feeds...have found no info on this anywhere. Also, Quicken 2007 does NOT recognize the status of this printer no matter what version of windows is being used (vista or XP professional) and will not print reports. Reports saved as PDF files print fine. HELP!

    . Go to the Start-Printers menu and right click on the default printer. Then select Properties-Port and write down the port where the printer you want to use is hooked up. You may have to grab one of the little vertical lines on the top of this window and move it to the right to see the full name of the port. 2. Double-Click Add Printer and work through to where it asks you for the printer port. Make sure you select the printer port you just wrote down. 3. When it asks what printer you want to emulate, select Xerox in the left window and Phaser 6130 in the right window. 4. DO NOT make this the default printer. 5. Close this window and start Quicken. On the File menu select Printer Setup and then point Quicken to the virtual printer you just
