My standard business printer

GRAPHIC S., Newegg
12 March 2014
  • Summary: I have 8 of these running, and will order more as needed. The ethernet setup is easy (for me), it first leases a DHCP address out of the box, then has an intuitive and complete web-based setup from there. These printers just work well, not one failure or problem encountered.
  • Pros: Quiet, fast, easy setup, reliable. Print quality is perfect. Supplies (toner) is reasonable.
  • Cons: Very minor quibble: each comes with a piece of plastic supposed to be a duplex cover . . . I've not bothered to learn where it's supposed to go.

Excellent reliable printer.

Rowan, Amazon
18 February 2014
  • Summary: After having several HP laser printers with unending problems, I switched to this Xerox model. I have to print checks with MICR ink and have to print several reams of paper once a month, black and white. This printer has never once even had a paper jam. It inks evenly. Is ultra quiet and takes up little space. It's not a fancy printer. It's just printer, but a solid workhorse, at least for us.

At last my dream printer has come to me.

Dale Sandusky, Amazon
16 June 2013
  • Summary: Now I have a printer that does what a printer should do. I wanted a print out of the exact size of a circuit board layout that I created and I got it from my Xerox Phaser 3250/D. It's Fast. It's good. And I'm happy.

16 May 2013
  • Summary: What I love about the Phaser 3250 is tha that it is the cheapest printer I have every owned. The copy cost is about two to three cents a page. The quality of printing is excellant, there are no software issues. I tell friends and family members that this is the only black and white printer worth purchasing.

my thoughts

my thoughts, Amazon
22 January 2013
  • Summary: This printer was purchased as a secondary printer in a fairly busy office. It arrived in expected time and there were no issues with packaging. It has been in use for about 6 months. Does well with toner - doesn't seem to "go through" it to fast. The setup and installation went well. It is networked and all in all works well! I would say it is a good value for the money spent!

Consistantly good quality and problem-free

Ed, office.xerox.com
11 May 2012
  • Summary: I've had my Phaser 3250 for about a year now. The quality of the printing is very good and the paper has only gotten jammed 3 times. The printing speed is quite fast for a laser but I was using a Xerox Workcentre XE88 before this, so I guess it's relative. My XE88 was quite the reliable workhorse for 10 years of use and that is why I went with Xerox again.

Works well as a Network Printer and a great Duplex Printer!

bool, Amazon
8 April 2012
  • Summary: It has worked for me so far despite the negative reviews of several reviewers here. I have not had any issues with the duplex function which I think works great. I do feel that you need to have a certain degree of knowledge about computers and setting up networks to make it work consistently, especially after OS or firmware upgrades. A few times I have needed to reset the print server or update the IP.
