Summary: This is honestly the worst laser printer I've ever used. It might be okay for personal users (read: people who never have to print more than a couple pages at a time and never more than one thing from the manual tray), but from a business standpoint this thing is near-useless.
Pros: *It prints...sometimes.
Cons: *Can only feed one sheet/envelope at a time in manual tray
Summary: This printer is not fully robust enough for daily business use. It does not handle legal size paper well and jams occassionally even when using standard 8.5 x 11. This, plus small footprint and ease of operation make it a home office printer. Not recommend for business use. Print quality acceptable but average.
Summary: Was a great little printer while it lasted. Fast, clean prints, easy install, I just expect products from both NewEgg and Xerox to perform longer than about 8 or 9 months, especially under very low volume.
Cons: Indicates it requires service in less than a year. The red LED light is illuminated, and won't turn off. I replaced the toner cartridge, changed drivers, etc. The "help" is very limited in what it will tell you is wrong with the printer. A solid LED indicates either a paper jam, no toner, or a critical error. Would have been nice to know it was a critical error prior to purchasing a replacement toner cartridge.
Summary: The printed output is fine. The drivers are horrible. I hate background utilities that must standby and occupy resources in order for the equipment to function. I have never had an Epson operate this way. If the print manager is removed from the system tray (not run at start-up), you are sunk. The drivers and utilities must be uninstalled then manually removed from the XP registry. If the preceding removals are not accomplished, Windows XP may hang during a reboot.
