Summary: Don't buy. I had a Xerox 8560, the print head went bad, out of warranty. ( I paid for the warranty as long as they offered one on this product) I bought the 8870 to replace the 8560, used it for 2 1/2 years. It's noisy, but livable.
Would never buy Xerox ColorQube multi-function printer again

Summary: I bought this printer in March 2013. It was delivered on time and it worked perfectly for 7 months. Then the printer decided for no reason to power off. It won't turn on! We checked the Xerox support on: [...] And to our surprise there are several complaints about this same problem.
