Second Color Qube Failure -- this failure in Two Days

Summary: Ordered product June 14th. Did not work on arrival. Printed 10 pages, then the dreaded paper jam error. There was, of course, no paper jam. Wasted $ 509 because Xerox would not fix, Amazon would not accept return, and Pcrush refused return. So, I spent $ 509 and received nothing. Bought the identical printed six months ago, got about 1,000 pages out of it and then same problem -- bogus jam error. Once again, no help from Xerox and, of course, no help from Amazon either.

Summary: Xerox used to be a quality brand, and my experience with this printer has been a disaster. The color block technology is pretty good, and the print quality is good to very good for what is essentially ink "melted" onto paper, rather than "printed" by way of what I would call "moisture" entry application. Anyway, the problem with his printer is the terrible software compatibility with Windows 8 or later.
Summary: Received the printer on time and as scheduled. The condition was brand new out of the box with everything I would expect with a new printer. The printer works perfectly. Great service and would recommend to others. As an aside, I also use several iOS devices, and my x-printer device saw the colorqube without an issue. Printing from my iPad is done without a hitch via the x-printer device.

Summary: Prints very well and is reliable. Installed on a network with Windows and Mac users. Used to print graphic arts from Illustrator so far page count is at 765 and still using the solid ink that came with the printer. We had this printer for installed for 7 weeks now.
Summary: We have had this printer in my office for about 2 years and it has printed a lot of pages. We use xerox authentic ink, xerox authentic cleaning units and have babied the thing. It has been a great little work horse, but never over worked. Besides being very expensive to print (ink is very costly) it started to act up 3 days ago and then just quit on me today.
Great printer; nice color printing; a few downsides

Summary: We got this to replace a previous Xerox whose printer cartridges had become so expensive that it was actually cheaper to just keep buying a new printer (over $1000!!). I have a small business and we print out a lot of materials for people traveling to Japan, so they have to look nice and professional. We don't print a lot all the time, but during our busy season it can go all day.
Summary: Positive features: - Excellent quality print - Very fast printing - If you don't switch off the machine, you can print lots of pages with very few ink (with one set of ink boxes of each I printed over 10'000 pages) Negative features: - Makes A LOT of noise - Extremly rude customer service: if you call them because you have a problem with your machine, they are extremly unpleasant with you, they ask you if you have a contract with them, and if you don't...
Summary: When the ink runs down, it is cheaper to replace the printer. Do so, because mine died after 3 years and two changes of ink. Good printer, but the ink is so expensive and the repairs too. I'm buying a new one and scraping all the old ink out of the dead one.
