Summary: The VuPoint would not power up. The cube may have been OK, however, because the power cord converter light would not come on, so the printer may have not been at fault. Return process was completely satisfactory with one exception..
Disappointing as must have gotten Defective One...still waiting re: return: Slow to respond

Summary: Bought this from DBroth and arrived timely. I gave it to my mom for Christmas but did not print. The red light kept flashing on power area. Never printed. I tried to return on Amazon but said it would not accept returns due to hazardous material.
Summary: I just finished a call with VuPoint support about their Photo Cube WiFi, model IPWF-P30-VP. Purchased as a gift from Office Depot in May 2013. Their tech support manager admitted that the WiFi version of their cube does not work with "dual band"wifi routers.
and it doesn't fit the iPhone 5s in the drop in cradle like it showed on the website when I purchased it

Summary: As many others had mentioned, my photo cube was a gift. It took me a few minutes to set up, determine how to coordinate printing and have enjoyed its use. It is convenient for printing off of my iPhone. Quality is not bad for "instant" photos.
