I'm not sure I'd recommend this printer if you aren't pretty computer savvy

Summary: Didn't come with a power supply, but the seller reimbursed me for buying one from a third party, which I thought was very generous. The printer is very solid, and prints quickly. I didn't realize this one was a USB only connection, so it took some tinkering to get it to work over my network. I'm not sure I'd recommend this printer if you aren't pretty computer savvy, but the seller is a good vendor, and the printer itself is a well made machine.
Summary: I was totally disappointed with this product! I ordered it and no were in the description did it say that I needed to order power cord or the cable to attach to computer!!!! I had to reorder and reorder before I finally got all the cables and power cords plus I had to reorder the card used to attached the USB cable to! What a "DARN" mess it was. It took me 28 days to get this printer up and working plus at least $150 more to get all the different parts so needed!
Summary: CAUTION!: This item does not come with power adapter or any connectivity cables. The description is very misleading thinking you can connect it with USB, parallel or Ethernet. What they don't tell you is it ships with parallel port and you need to purchase a USB interface if you want to use anything else. Buy this item from somewhere else the re-seller needs to update their information on this product. I will never buy anything from them again.
Summary: This device only works with a very specific 24V power supply that, apparently, is not supplied with the device and has to be purchased separately. So right now it's a brick on my desk. And AZGeek, the seller, gave no indication whatsoever that the power supply was not part of the bargain. Really stupid assumption on part, I guess. When we contacted AZGeek all we got was a very terse "The power supply is not provided with the device". Gee, thanks for the news flash!
No power supply? And no warning it does not come with a power supply? Seriously?

Summary: Yes, WTF .. where is the power supply? I suspect most people just replace the unit because it goes bad and they already have a power supply but the unit description should say clearly that it does not come with a power supply.. Where do I get one ? what stupidity.. I really do not have time for this crap..
Summary: This item does not say that it does not come with a power cord or a cord to connect it to you computer for installation. It also doesn't say that it is not compatible with mac, which if you go to the star website it says the TSP650 is compatible with mac. Get a different product.
